Overview
Kingston Consulting is a financial advisory firm offering end-to-end accounting, tax planning, bookkeeping, and CFO services to a diverse clientele — from small businesses and individual entrepreneurs to expats, Airbnb hosts, and gig economy workers (Uber/Lyft). We built a trust-first marketing site that leads with the value proposition and transparent pricing to pre-qualify inbound leads.
The Problem
Kingston's previous presence was a basic one-page site with no pricing visibility. Prospects were calling without knowing what CFO services cost — the team was spending 30-40 minutes per call pre-qualifying budget before even discussing scope. The nav needed to speak to their diverse client segments without overwhelming general visitors.
The Solution
A clean, gold-and-white professional site with segmented navigation (Home, About, Pricing, Airbnb, Uber/Lyft, Expat, Contact) so each client type finds a relevant landing point. Transparent pricing tiers ($2,500 basic, $4,000 with consulting, $5,000 full CFO) are featured prominently so prospects self-qualify before picking up the phone.
Professional gold/navy brand system signals financial authority. Three service cards (CFO Services, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Tax Planning & Filing) each have their own "Learn More" path. Pricing is front-and-centre — unusual in accounting, but a key differentiator that filters for clients aligned with the firm's value.
WordPress with Elementor Pro. Segment-specific pages (Airbnb, Uber/Lyft, Expat) are standalone Elementor templates with targeted copy and a Gravity Forms inquiry for each segment.
