Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DesignsLabPro (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DesignsLabPro provides digital services including web design, web development, social media marketing, graphic design, automation, AI agents, and infrastructure consulting. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a written proposal or invoice shared before payment.

• All plans and one-off projects are quoted in INR or USD as agreed in writing.
• Recurring plans (monthly / yearly retainers) are billed in advance. Yearly plans require full upfront payment.
• We accept UPI (9988350304@idfcfirst), bank wire (IDFC FIRST Bank, Ludhiana), and supported online payment gateways.
• Work begins after the first invoice is settled. Delays in payment may delay deliverables.

• Provide accurate brief, content, brand assets, logins where needed, and timely feedback.
• Hold rights or licenses to any content you supply for use in deliverables.
• Review deliverables within 7 days. Silence beyond 7 days is treated as approval.

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. DesignsLabPro retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, libraries) remain governed by their original licences.

We treat all client information, business data, credentials, and unreleased materials as confidential. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to deliver the agreed service or by law.

Services are provided on an “as is” basis. DesignsLabPro’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant deliverable in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or revenue losses, or for outages of third-party services.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
