Attentive Wellness — Stress Management & Holistic Wellness Site
Release, Renew & Regulate your nervous system — wellness practices grounded in self-love.

Overview
Di Santana is the founder of Attentive Wellness, offering stress management and holistic wellness practices including Sound Baths (Tibetan and Crystal bowls), Yoga (Asana and Assisted Yogic Release), and Guided Meditation and Journaling. Her clients include graduate students at Yale Bioengineering and professionals seeking nervous system regulation. We built a calming, trust-led site to book free consultations and grow her practice.
The Problem
Di was booking clients entirely through Instagram and word of mouth — no website, no clear service descriptions, and no booking mechanism other than DMs. Prospective clients found her hard to evaluate before reaching out, and the lack of a web presence made it difficult to get referrals from institutional contacts like Yale.
The Solution
A warm, minimal wellness site with large photography and clear three-service architecture (Sound Baths, Yoga, Meditation). A featured testimonial from a Yale Bioengineering graduate student validates her approach with an institutional credibility signal. The free consultation CTA is prominent and links to a simple qualifying form — no phone number barrier.
White, sage, and warm-neutral palette creates the visual calm that signals the experience Di delivers. Large lifestyle photography of the actual services (crystal bowls, yoga silhouette, meditation space) communicates the practice before a word is read. Navigation is minimal: Home, About, Services, Events, Resources, Contact.
WordPress with Elementor Pro. Free consultation booking via Calendly embed. Testimonial slider custom-built with Elementor carousel widget. Events section pulls from a simple Gravity Forms RSVP system.
Our Process
Research
Interviewed 3 existing clients about what convinced them to book. The answer was consistent: seeing Di practice (photos of her with the bowls) was the deciding factor.
Design
Warm neutral palette chosen over a more typical "wellness green" direction — felt more sophisticated and matched Di's personal brand aesthetic.
Development
Three-week build with Elementor Pro. Calendly integration customised to match site colours.
Testing
Booking flow tested by two existing clients before launch.

Conclusion
Di now sends one link instead of a string of Instagram messages. Her Sound Bath sessions started filling within the first week of launch, and the Yale testimonial opened two institutional workshop bookings that her Instagram presence alone had never accessed.
