Overview
Reviva Group is a remedial building and waterproofing specialist servicing Sydney, Wollongong, and the South Coast of New South Wales. Their services span Remedial Services, Waterproofing, Caulking, Defect Rectification, Construction Contracting, and Restoration. We built a professional trade services site that clearly communicates their full capability and drives quote requests from property managers and strata owners.
The Problem
Reviva Group was winning contracts through referrals and tender documents, but had no web presence to support the referral journey — when a property manager forwarded the business name, there was nothing credible to find online. Their services were undersold and their geographic coverage wasn't clearly communicated.
The Solution
A dark, authoritative site that leads with "REMEDIAL EXPERTS" and clearly states the geographic coverage (Sydney, Wollongong, South Coast) above the fold. Six service categories are presented as full-bleed image tiles — Remedial Services, Waterproofing, Caulking, Defect Rectification, Construction Contracting, Restoration — giving property managers an immediate scope overview. An embedded map and contact form anchor the local trust.
Black/charcoal background with white text signals a professional trade brand rather than a domestic service company. The six service tiles use strong photography to communicate scale and professionalism. The contact form captures Name, Phone, Email, Company, Location of Project, and Service Type — qualifying leads before any call.

Our Process
Research
Reviewed 3 months of referral calls. The most common follow-up was "can you send me a link?" — with nothing to send, the referral chain broke at the confirmation stage.
Design
Dark authoritative trade palette chosen to signal professional-grade capability rather than domestic services.
Development
Three-week build. Maps integration and form with project-specific field customisation were the main development tasks.
