Plus Render — Architectural Visualization & 3D Rendering Studio
Architectural Visualization 3D Rendering Services — turning floor plans into immersive pre-sale experiences.

Overview
Plus Render is a leading architectural 3D visualization studio offering Virtual Tours, Image Renders, and Video Renders for real estate developers, architects, and property marketers. Their work spans Interior Spaces, Exterior Locations, and Aerial Views, combining architectural expertise with cutting-edge rendering technology. We built a high-authority marketing site that converts developer-tier prospects with an immersive portfolio and streamlined inquiry flow.
The Problem
Plus Render's photorealistic renders and interactive virtual tours were industry-leading — but the old site failed to communicate that before prospects bounced. Developer-level clients from the real estate sector were shortlisting competitors based on website quality. The inquiry form captured no project context, leaving the team to re-discover basics on every call.
The Solution
A dramatic full-bleed hero showcasing architectural renders from real projects. The three core services (Virtual Tours, Image Renders, Video Renders) each have dedicated sections demonstrating capability. The "Welcome to Plus Render" video with the studio founder builds personal trust for enterprise clients used to long vendor relationships. Interactive Virtual Tours are highlighted as the standout deliverable.
Dark/charcoal header with rich architectural photography creates a premium studio feel. The service sections alternate between full-width imagery and copy to create rhythm without becoming a slide deck. "Book A Call" CTA is fixed in the navigation so it's always accessible.
WordPress with Elementor Pro for the marketing pages. Video background for the "Our Services" section. Gravity Forms multi-step inquiry capturing project type, location, timeline, and budget before any call is booked.
Our Process
Research
Reviewed 12 competing arch-viz studios. Pattern: most lead with paragraphs and bury the work. We led with the renders and pulled the studio credentials above the fold.
Design
Dark premium palette tested against a light architectural direction. The dark system won — it made the renders pop and felt premium at the enterprise level.
Development
Five-week build. Video background section and multi-step inquiry form were the primary development tasks.
Testing
Inquiry form tested with two existing developer clients before launch.

Conclusion
The studio now books discovery calls with developer-level prospects who have already reviewed service capabilities and submitted project context. The Interactive Virtual Tours section became the most-shared link in the studio's sales outreach.
