Overview
Daffodils Nursery is a nurturing early childhood education centre in Santacruz West, Mumbai for children aged 3–6. The nursery believes every child is unique and focuses on holistic development across language, numeracy, creative arts, and social-emotional skills. We built a bright, playful site that communicates warmth and credibility to Mumbai parents making their first school choice.
The Problem
Daffodils was relying entirely on local word of mouth for new enrolments. Parents searching online for nurseries in Santacruz West found nothing. The nursery's 52 awards, 315+ students, and strong reputation were invisible to first-time digital discoverers.
The Solution
A bright, child-friendly site using warm oranges and teal accents with playful illustration elements. Stats (315+ Students, 52+ Awards, 31+ Classes, 21+ Courses) appear prominently to establish credibility. Two key value propositions — "Unlock Your Child's Potential" and "Experience Convenience and Flexibility" — address the two things Mumbai parents care about most: quality and schedule fit.
Playful but not chaotic — illustrated doodle accents frame the content without competing with photography of real children. The colour palette is warm and inviting. Circular crop photography of children at play creates emotional resonance and avoids the stiff posed school-photo look.
WordPress with Elementor Pro. Gravity Forms quote request with preferred schedule and age-group selection. Mobile-first build for the WhatsApp-primary parent audience.
Our Process
Research
Reviewed parent forums for Santacruz West schools. Top concerns: is the environment nurturing, can it fit a working parent's schedule. Both addressed above the fold.
Design
Warm orange/teal playful palette — bright enough to signal joy, structured enough to signal serious education.
Development
Three-week build. WhatsApp CTA integrated as the primary mobile contact method for the Mumbai market.
